| 摘 要： | 以热镀锌板为测试材料,采用表面直接观察、截面观察和表面脱镀层观察等方法对其线状缺陷进行研究,并通过SEM、EDS分析对其线状缺陷形貌和组成进行表征。结果表明,采用这些方法可判定热镀锌板线状缺陷产生的原因,从而为使其产品表面缺陷得到有效控制提供依据。

| Abstract: | The linear defects in hot galvanized sheet were analyzed by direct observation of sheet surface, cross-section observation and observation of sheet surface with decoating, and the morphology and compositions of these defects were characterized by SEM and EDX. The results show that these methods can reveal the causes of the linear defects in hot galvanized sheet so that the defects can be controlled effectively. |
