摘    要:本系统通过Z-80CPU中央微处理器及A/D、CTC等外围接口电路,利用热电偶进行温度检测,由毫伏放大环节及A/D转换器输入采样信号。微处理器将采样信号与给定温升曲线相比较,经过运算对炉温进行跟随控制,并随时显示现场炉温。 一、硬件设计 该系统灵活地利用具有定时和计数功能的CTC芯片来控制晶闸管导通角及采样周期,以直接产生晶闸管的触发脉冲信号,此外,对热电偶的微弱信号处理不是采用传统的温度变送器,而是利用精密运算放大器构成放大环节,以硬件处理方式将8位A/D转换精度

Abstract:A programmable and memorizable real-time system for furnace-temperature control has been developed for realizing the follow-up of the complex temperature curve with microprocessor Z-80 CPU and peripheral interface chips A/D, Z-80 CTC, etc.In hardware design, an 8-bit A/D converter is used to improve the conversion resolution of sampled signal of temperature and a 10-bit conversion resolution is achieved. A Z-80 CTC peripheral interface chip is used to control the thyristors and the sampling period and to directly drive the gates of thyristors with CTC's output pulse. The system proposed is very simple in structure and low in cost.In software design, multiple interruption and modularized programming are used. The non-linearity and the compensation of cold terminal of the thermopair are handled by the software.The system has been used in the control of an oxidation furnace. Test results show that it is highly accurate for control and of good stability.
