激光熔覆生物陶瓷涂层化学冶金反应研究

摘    要:研究了激光熔覆钛合金表面获得生物陶瓷涂层的化学冶金反应过程,用X-ray衍射和能谱分析方法检测了生物陶瓷涂层和涂层与界面的物相和成分分布.结果显示涂层内和涂层与基材间出现了新相,这表明其中发生了复杂的化学冶金反应.适当的激光熔覆工艺、涂层及基体的物性三者确定了化学冶金反应发生的各种条件.在这些条件作用下,涂层内合成了具有生物活性的钙-磷陶瓷,形成了牢固的界面.

Abstract:The aim of this study is to research the detailed process of metallurgy-chemistry reaction for the bioceramic coating by laser cladding. The coating and interface between two materials was charactered by X-ray diffraction and the Scanning analysis. It was found that new-phase substance appeared in the coating and interface, and there existed intricate metallurgy -chemistry reactions. Key factors of reactions, which impact on the newphase presence were technological parameter of laser processing and physical properties of two materials.
