| 摘 要： | “城中村”问题的存在,不仅使其自身的可持续发展面临危机,而且严重影响到城市综合竞争力的提升。改造“城中村”,是实现农村城市化、推进城市现代化的需要,是社会发展的要求,势在必行。然而,改造的过程并非一帆风顺,西安市“城中村”改造过程中存在的矛盾与障碍、村民们的态度、正确引导的对策措施,都是值得探究的问题。

| Abstract: | The problem of village in city has threatened its own sustainable development,and also affects the promotion of its competitive strength in Xi'an.So the transformation of the villages in city is the need of civilization and social improvement.However,the process of transformation is not that easy,we still have so properly deal with many problems such as barriers and confrontation in the process,attitudes of villagers,the proper strategy of guidance etc. |
