摘    要:Pig is considered the primary alternative species for xenotransplantation because of ethical considerations, breeding characteristics, infectious disease concerns, and its compatible size and physiology[1,2].A major barrier of pig-to-primate transplantation is the presence of terminal αGal epitopes on the surface of pig cells. αGal epitopes were formed by α1,3-galactosyltransferase (α1,3-GT) catalysis[3,4].
