| Abstract: | On the basis of analyzing the backgrounds and legality of special area under MARPOL and Particular Sensitive Sea Area(PSSA),a comparative study is carried out about the differences of special area and PSSA with respect to their designation standards and procedures for application and related protection measures etc..Should be actively promoting the international conventions and regulations to protect the marine environment in China. |
