| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨妊娠合并乙型病毒性肝炎对孕产妇及围产儿的影响．方法：比较治疗组与对照组孕妇早产、产后出血、围生儿死亡、孕产妇并发症的发生率．结果：早产、产后出血、孕产妇并发症、围生儿的死亡率均增加．结论：妊娠合并乙型病毒性感染易导致产科并发症的发生及围生儿的死亡，孕期、产时、产后予以及时阻断治疗．

| Abstract: | Objective: Confer the influence of the pregnancy combining with hepatitis B virus to the pregnant or lying-in woman and encircles produces.Methods: Compare the formation rate of the premature delivery,Postpartum hemorrhage,The death of the encircles produces and complication of the pregnant or lying-in woman between the analysis group and the comparison group.Results: The rates of the premature delivery,The postpartum hemorrhage,the complication of the pregnant or lying-in woman and the death of the encircles produces are all increased.Conclusion:It is easy the infection of pregnancy combining with hepatitis B virus lead to the occurance of the complication in maternity department and the death of the encircled produces.The gestation period,produces,postnatal should be gave a timely prevention treatment. |
