| Abstract: | In modern Schools' administration a successful leadership is based on a thorough understanding of headmasters' inauthoritative influence and the full play of this kind of influence.To adapt to the change of the modern school administration we shold scientifically caise the level of the inautharitative influence of lead- maeters futhermore this influence should be reasonably used in all aspects of a school life.With the help of this influence we'll try to achieve the best side of the efficacy of schools administraton. |
