| 摘 要： | 采用Lorenz曲线和Gini系数评价方法对区域内社区卫生资源配置的公平性进行评价,改变以往研究仅仅从人口分布出发的局限性,以社区居民健康需求为导向,切入辖区重点人口分布以及社区卫生服务机构的不同服务能力等创新思维,增强了资源配置的可行性和利用率,提高了资源配置的公平程度。 |

| Abstract: | Lorenz curve and Gini coefficient was used in equity evaluation in allocation of community health resources.The analysis not only give attention to children and the old,but also take the service capacity into account,that was different from other studies.By doing this,we can meet the basic medical demands of the community residents and improve equity and feasibility of allocation of community health resources in urban area. |
