| 摘 要： | 自20世纪80年代中期以来,我国农业保险的发展一直处于萎缩甚至停滞状态.为解决这一问题,我国在实行政策性农业保险的同时,还必须实行强制性保险,这也符合保险所要求的大数法则、分散原理和规模经济性.而且,政策支持要考虑区域差异性.

| Abstract: | Since the mid of the 1980s,the development of agriculture insurance in China has been in the situation of decrease,even stagnation.In order to solve the problem,politic agriculture insurance will be carried out,at the same time,mandatory insurance should be operated because it matches the Law of Large Numbers,Principle of Decentralization,Economies of Scale required by insurance.And it suggests that China should consider the region differences in the course of practice. |
