河北散装粮食平房仓墙体优选研究

摘    要:为解决490 mm空心墙和360 mm实心墙这两种墙型对于河北省内粮食平房仓的适用性问题,按照5 m的堆粮高度,从墙体受力和墙体热工性能两个角度对这两种墙型进行对比研究。结果表明:490 mm厚空心墙体承载力比360 mm墙体高约60%,同时前者在热工方面的优越性也更有利于粮食的储存,因此在河北省建设散装粮食平房仓可优先选用490 mm厚空心墙体。该成果对粮食仓储设施建设具有一定的参考价值和指导意义。

Abstract:In order to determine which type of storehouse wall is a better design in Hebei province,the mechanical analysis and thermal performance of two wall types were comparatively conducted in terms of a 5 m high grain storage.The analysis found that the bearing capacity for the cavity wall with a thickness of 490mm is 60 % higher than that for the solid wall with a thickness of 360 mm,and also the cavity one has advantage in thermal performance.Therefore,the cavity wall with a thickness of 490mm should be adopte...
