摘    要:根据新近从统计热力学的观点出发所提出的由液态淬火制备的非晶态金属—类金属合金的结构缺陷形成机制,并用"双层单元结构模型"具体描述了其中类金属原子的分布及其扩散机制.讨论了提高晶化温度的途径.

Abstract:In this paper, from the viewpoint of statistical thermodynamics, a new forming mechanism of structure defects for amorphous metal- metalloid alloys prepared by melt quenching is proposed. By means of the "model of double-layer structral units (MDLSU)", the specifical distribution of metalloid atoms and their diffusion mechanism are described. Furthermore, the ways to enhance the crystallization temperature are discussed.
