叶片结构特征与SO2伤害和吸收的关系

摘    要:对白蝉等植物进行SO_2熏气试验,观察叶片的伤害情况,并测定叶片含硫量的变化.试验结果表明:角质层厚度、细胞壁厚度与SO_2的伤害呈负相关;胞间隙与伤害呈正相关;在一定密度范围内,伤害程度随气孔密度的增大而加重,但当密度增大到一定程度后,反而有减轻的趋势.胞间隙与SO_2吸收量呈正相关;而气孔密度与吸收量的关系与伤害情况相类似.

Abstract:Fumigation experiments were carried out on the plants of Gandenia jamioider Ellis. var. fortimean Lindl. etc.) in order to observe Leaves' situation of injury and determine the changes of leaves' sulfur content. The results showed: It was negative correlation between thickness of cuticlc, thickness of cell wall and the injury. It was positive correlation between intercellular space aud injury. In definite range of stomatal density, with the increasing of stomatal density the injury became intensity. But just at increasing of stomatal density att-ained or surpassed certain extent, the tendency of injury appeared cased. It was positive correlation between intercellular space and amount of absorbing SO2. The relaion between stomatal density and the absorption was similar to the situation of injury.
