高校管理人员的绩效考核管理——基于平衡计分卡的引进

摘    要:高校管理人员对高校发展肩负着重大的责任,其既要承担培育人才的社会要求,又要实施对学生及教职工的管理服务职能,而如何对其实施科学合理的绩效考核就成了高校发展中急待解决的一个问题。笔者认为通过引进平衡计分卡就可以有效地将绩效考核同高校的战略发展目标相结合,从而使高校发展的各方面内含于高校的战略发展。
