摘    要:本文介绍了半导体材料表面吸附分子的表面增强喇曼散射(SERS)研究工作.至今,人们主要在二类半导体材料表面进行了SERS 实验:一类是半导体材料表面吸附分子的SERS 实验;另一类是被银修饰了的(silver-modified)半导体材料表面吸附分子的SERS 实验.文章还简单介绍了对半导体材料表面SERS效应所作的理论解释.最后对半导体材料表面SERS 研究的发展和应用前景作了展望.

Abstract:This paper introduces research works of surface enhancedRaman scattering (SERS) of molecules adsorbed on semiconductor surface.Sofar,people have performed two kinds of SERS experiments on semiconductormatcrial surface:one is on semiconductor surface;another is on Ag-modifiedsemiconductor surface.The paper also briefly introduces theory of SERSon semiconductor surface.Finally,it gives a picture about the prospect ofdevelopment and application of SERS on semiconductor surface.
