毛细管气相色谱分析风油精

摘    要:本文介绍用OV—101熔融石英毛细管柱分离风油精,以萘为内标,定量测定了漳州水仙牌风油精和德国鹰牌风油精中薄荷脑,水杨酸甲酯和樟脑的含量,回收率分别为99.29%,99.26%和98.17%,回收率的变异系数分别为0.80%,0.62%,和0.91%。

Abstract:A method for the separation Essential balm by capillary gas chromatography is described. Separations were made on a OV-101 fused silica capillary column. Menthol, Methyl salicylate and Camphor in Narcissus brand cssential balm and Eagle brand mcdicatcd oil were quantitatively determined using Naphthalene as an internal standard. The results of this method were as follows: the recovery of Menthol, Methyl salicylate and Camphor: 99.29%, 99.26%, 98.17% and the coefficient of variation of rccovery: 0.80%, 0.62%. 0.91%,.
