腹腔镜胆囊切除术并发症分析（附12例报告）

目的 探讨腹腔镜胆囊切除术（LC）患者中并发症发生的情况及处理措施。方法 回顾性分析993例LC患者中12例出现的并发症情况及处理方法。结果 发生并发症12例（12，993，1．21％），其中胆管损伤3例、胆总管残余结石3例、因钛夹松脱致胆汁漏2例、膈下脓肿1例、十二指肠损伤1例、气腹针穿刺致空肠穿孔1例、腹壁戳孔结石残留1例。12例均经及时处理而治愈。结论 LC并发症并不罕见，且需及时治疗。

Analysis of Complications Following Laparoscopic Cholecystectomy（12 cases report ）

Objective To analyze the occurrence and treatment of serious complications following laparoscopic cholecystectomy （LC）. Methods The occurrence and treatment of serious complications in 12 cases out of 993 patients undergone LC ranged from Jan 2000 to Oct 2005 had been analyzed in detail. Results The serious complications had occurred in 12 cases out of 993 patients（ 12/993, 1.21%） undergone LC. Among them, common bileduct injuries had occurred in 3 cases, remnant choledoch stone in 3cases, bile leakage caused by titanic clip exfoliation in 2 cases, subphrenic abscess in 1 case, duodenum injury in 1 case, jejunum perforation caused by pneumascos needle centesis in 1 case, calculus remains in the prick bore of stomach wall in 1 case. All cases had been managed in time and cured. Conclusion The occurrence of serious complications following laparoscopic cholecystectomy is not infrequent, and it must be treated in time.
