| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨肾透明细胞癌（CRCC）的环氧化酶-2（COX-2）、血管内皮生长因子（VEGF）表达及互相之间的关系。方法 收集经手术病理证实的CRCC石蜡包埋切片32例和正常肾组织切片10例，采用免疫组化S-P法检测COX-2、VEGF表达。结果 CRCC组中COX-2、VEGF表达明显高于正常肾组织组（P〈0．01）；CRCC的COX-2、VEGF两者呈正相关（相关系数为0．609，P〈0．01）。结论 COX-2主要通过促进肿瘤新生血管形成等机制参与CRCC的发生和发展过程，为CRCC临床诊断、治疗和预后判断提供了新思路。

| Abstract: | Objective To study on the eorrelation between expression of COX-2 and VEGF in clear renal cell carcinoma. Methods Expressions of COX-2 and VEGF in 32 patients with CRCC diagnosed by pathology and 10 normal renal tissues were examined immunohistochemieally using S-P techniques. Results The positive expression rate of COX-2 and VEGF in CRCC was significantly higher than that in normal renal tissues （P 〈 0.01）. The expression of COX-2 and VEGF showed a positive correlation in CRCC（related parameter is 0.615, P 〈 0.01）. Conclusion The over-expression of COX - 2 has a close relation with the occurrence and development in CRCC by promoting angiogenesisof tumor and it provides a new way for clinical diagnosis, treatment and prognosis judgment of CRCC. |
