摘    要:以洗衣液、石膏粉、重晶石粉、膨润土、石英砂和水为原料,基于正交试验法获得了不同配比软弱土质相似材料的密度、黏聚力和内摩擦角等物理力学指标。采用极差法分析了各因素对3种指标影响的敏感性,研究了各因素对相似材料参数的影响规律;通过模糊评价方法对各配比进行了综合分析。结果表明:不同配比的相似材料各参数指标分布范围较大,能够满足大部分土质材料模型试验的要求;基于正交试验的模糊综合评价方法能够根据试验需求给出可靠的配比方案。研究结果可为该类模型试验土质相似材料的配制及优选工作提供参考。

Abstract:Based on the orthogonal experiment design, five raw materials including laundry detergent, plaster, barite powder, bentonite, sand and water are chosen to perform the orthogonal mixture ratio tests of soft soil similar materials, in which the density, the cohesion and the internal friction angle of different mixture ratio similar materials are measured by a series of tests. Extremum difference analysis and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation are adopted to study the sensibilities of five factors to three similar material parameters. The experiment results show that the parameters of the similar materials with different ratios have a large distribution range, which can meet the requirements of most soil material model tests. The fuzzy comprehensive evaluation methods based on the orthogonal tests could give a reliable matching scheme according to the test requirement. These researches can provide a reference for the preparation of soil similar materials in the other model tests.
