为了避免工程技术给人类社会与自然界可能带来的负面影响，必须对工程技术进行伦理控制。要加强工程技术活动的伦理规范，强化工程技术人员的伦理责任，强调工程技术成效合理化，倡导工程技术价值选择理性化。工程技术伦理控制有直接调控和间接调控之分。工程技术的伦理控制应采取内外部控制相结合的形式，处理好自律与他律之间的关系。

The ethical control of engineering technology performs as two ways , direct control and indirect control.
