| 摘 要： | 以低粘度润滑剂和自来水为基本原料,添加防锈剂、极压剂、消泡剂等表面活性剂,研制了一种水基合成切削液.研制出的水基合成切削液稀释后适用于黑色等多种金属的切削、研磨等.具有良好的防锈、防腐、抗硬水稳定性能,且无毒无味、对皮肤无刺激.经试验及生产使用后,证明这种多功能切削液效果良好.

| Abstract: | The water-based synthetic cutting fluid was developed by taking the lubricant with low viscosity and water as the basic materials,with the addition of the antirust agent,extreme preassure additive,foam inhibiting agent and surfactant.The developed oil is suitable to the manufacturing,cutting and grinding for many kinds of metals,with good properties of antirust,corrosion resisting and anti-hardwater stability,poisonless and tasteless,has no stimulation to skin.The tests and applications in productions prove... |
