| 摘 要： | 大学生心理素质提高的关键在于对大学生心理健康状况以及发展态势的把握程度 .本文结合国有民办二级学院学生心理咨询和学生心理特点 ,分析大学生心理素质存在的问题及其实现的保障机制 ,以此为抓手 ,探索国有民办二级学院学生管理新模式 ,提高高校思想政治工作的实效性 .

| Abstract: | The key to improve psychological disposition of college students lies in mastering state of mental health and psychological development situation of college students .According to psychological consults and characteristics of students in stated\|owned ,people\|run subcolleges, this thesis analyses the problems that exist in psychological disposition of college students and the guarantee system to solve the problems, to explore new models of moral education in stated\|owned ,people\|run subcolleges so as to heighten actual effect of ideological and political education in colleges. |
