摘    要:为了充分利用碳资源,减少废物排放,开发了一种催化氧化风化煤残渣制备腐植酸的方法.该催化氧化方法使用稀过氧化氢溶液作氧化剂,氧化铜粉末作催化剂,氧化过程在室温下进行.实验结果表明,初级残渣能够被有效地氧化成腐植酸,其转化率可达35%,且氧化生成的腐植酸在结构特征和元素组成方面与天然腐植酸相似.在氧化生成的腐植酸被分离后,氧化铜催化剂仍然存在于次级残渣中,因此还可以对次级残渣进行重复氧化以增加腐植酸的产量.

Abstract:In order to utilize carbon resource efficiently and decrease waste discharge, a procedure of catalytic oxidation for turning coal residue into humic acids is developed in this work. Humic substances have effects of improving soil and promoting plant yield. The catalytic oxidation can convert 35% of coal residue into humic acids at room temperature by using dilute H2O2 solution as oxidizing reagent and CuO powder as catalyst. It is proved that the oxidatively formed humic acids are similar to the natural humic acids both in structural features and in elemental composition. After the oxidatively formed humic acids are separated, the CuO powder is mixed into the secondary residue. Thus the CuO powder could be repeatedly used as catalyst for oxidation of the secondary residue into humic acids.
