| 摘 要： | 本文合成出了系列样品Nd_xBi_(2-x)Ti_4O_(11),得到了它们在常温常压下的溂曼光谱。实验结果表明,体系在x=0.3和1.2处经历了两次相变。且第一次相变与最低频声子模随Nd~(3+)的浓度x“软化”有关。

| Abstract: | The impure system Nd_xBi_(2-x)Ti_4O_(11) was synthesized and its Rarnan spectra were studied under ambient temperature and pressure. The experimental results reveal that the impure system underwent phase transitions twice. The first phase transition is concerned with the concentration of Nd~(3+) ions depending on the "soft mode". |
