| 摘 要： | 从规模、行业等方面分析了当前世界跨国并购发展的新趋势，并在此基础上提出了我国应采取的对策，即从政策、相关法律规范方面对跨国并购活动加以引导和监管，尽量减少并购给我国经济可能造成的负面影响。

| Abstract: | This paper analyzes on the new developing trends of current trans-national M&A in the world from the scale, trades and other aspects, and based on this, puts forward some measures should be taken by our country that are to make guidance and supervision for the trans-national M&A activities from aspects of the policies and relevant laws and regulations for the purpose of reducing the possible negative influence of M&A on our country's economy as much as possible. |
