摘    要:通过测定京尼平交联胶原后的颜色、交联度、吸液率、降解率及细胞毒性的变化, 研究交联pH值对京尼平交联胶原制备生物材料的影响.分别于pH5.0,5.5,6.0,6.5,7.0条件下, 在0.5%京尼平水溶液中交联24 h,以未交联的胶原作为对照, 评价所得材料的颜色、交联度、吸液率、降解率、细胞毒性及组织相容性特点.当pH为5.5时, 交联后材料的颜色较浅, 且较好的生物相容性以及良好的抗降解性.
