铝合金表面防护体系的腐蚀疲劳性能

摘    要:通过实验研究了 2 0 2 4 -T3铝合金四种表面防护处理工艺的腐蚀疲劳性能 .结果表明 ,在4 5℃酸性盐水中铬酸阳极化抗腐蚀疲劳性能优于硫酸阳极化 ;表面阳极化后涂H0 6-2锌黄底漆可显著提高抗腐蚀疲劳性能 .通过对实验结果的定量分析 ,分别给出铝合金四种表面防护处理工艺在加载频率为 1 .2 5Hz、4 5℃酸性盐水中的腐蚀疲劳寿命表达式 .

Abstract:The fatigue corrosion behavour of 2024T3 aluminum alloy test pieces is studied in the acidic sodium chloride solution of 45℃ and pH=3.8 under 4 surface protective coatings. The experimental results show that the fatigue corrosion behavour of the alloy test pieces being anodized in chromic acid is better than that in sulfuric acid, and to coat a H062 zincbearing coating on the two kinds of anodized 2024T3 aluminum alloy test pieces can greatly improve their fatigue corrosion behavour. According to the quantitative analysis of the experimental results, the fatigue corrosion life expressions of the four kinds of surface protective coating aluminum alloy test pieces are obtained at the loading frequency 1.25Hz in the acidic sodium chloride solution of 45℃ and pH=3.8.
