日本战后责任论

日本侵略中国的战争已经结束60年之久,然而日本的战争责任和历史认识问题至今没有得到妥善解决,相反,政府高官顽固频繁地参拜靖国神社,篡改和歪曲历史的教科书屡次获得当局通过,修改和平宪法已进入实质性阶段,这一切都说明日本的战争责任问题已经演化成战后责任。

On Japan's Post-war Responsibility

Over 60 years have passed since the aggressive war inflicted upon China by Japanese army came to an end,however,instead of seeking a better way to deal with war responsibility and holding an objective attitude towards historical issues,some Japanese senior officials were obstinate enough to have worshiped the War Shrine more often than ever.What's more,many history textbooks featuring falsification and distortion have been approved by local authorities,and modification on Peace Constitution has reached the substantial stage.The fact cannot be denied that Japan's war responsibility has been evolved into its post-war responsibility.
