| 摘 要： | 文章认为，唐朝和吐蕃使者在交往过程中，经常利用使者身份收集对方的军事、经济、社会等情报，直接为统治者制定战略决策服务。唐蕃使者往来与唐蕃军事发展密切相关，使者的往来频度与战争成正比关系，使者交往频繁，战争也相对较多。

| Abstract: | The paper states that in the communication between Tang Dynasty and Tubo Kingdom governments, the messengers frequently collect the counterpart＇s military, economic, social and other information by using their identity, which provides better services for the rulers＇ strategic decision. Messenger exchanges are closely related to the Tang-Tubo＇s military activities, that is, the more messenger exchanges, the more wars. |
