| 摘 要： | 创新教育不只是培养创新精神创新能力的教育，它首先应是教育自身的创新；不仅是迎接知识经济对教育挑战的呼应，也是每个学习主体自主创造需要的必然要求；创新教育与素质教育有不一致的地方，创新教育是素质教育的核心的说法有失偏颇。

It is partial to say that creativity-oriented education is the core of the quality-oriented education. |
