| Abstract: | A new concept by name "Advanced Thermal Design"for proceeding thermal design through simulation and analysis software was presented, owing to the many disadvantages of traditional thermal design. The procedure how to use the software to proceed thermal simulation was analyzed, and a simulation example was introduced to certify the effectiveness of the method during the structural design of an electronic system. |
