充填胶凝材料研究进展与金川废弃物利用展望

摘    要:金川镍矿开采深度增加地压增大和品位降低,既增大采矿难度,也降低了采矿经济效益。与此同时,矿山每年排放出大量废弃物,使矿山面临严峻的环保压力。利用固体废弃物开发新型充填胶凝材料,并以此为契机,实施废弃物资源化应用,是金川矿山实现绿色开采和可持续发展的必由之路。首先,简要介绍充填胶凝材料研究进展,分析金川矿山开发新型充填胶凝材料面临的困难和问题;然后,提出利用矿渣开发金川矿山新型充填胶凝材料的技术路线与关键技术;最后,针对金川矿山镍钴资源开采与利用现状,提出以新型充填胶凝材料为突破口,开展废石、废渣、尾砂等废弃物资源化综合利用技术途径,展望金川矿山固体废弃物资源化综合利用发展前景。

Abstract:With theSdeepeningSofSmining, the ground pressure occursSviolentlySand reduce ore grade inSJinchuanSmine, which not only increase the difficulty of mining, but also significantly improve the mining cost, reduce the mining economic benefits. At the same time, large amount of waste are discharged every year so that the mining face severe environmental pressure. It is theSonlySroad for Jinchuan mine to green mine and sustainable development that use of solid wastes to develop new type filling cementing materials, then realize the waste rock backfilling waste material used in filling mining. First, this paper briefly introduces the research and development of filling cementing materials, and analyze existing difficulties and problems for development of new filling gelled material in Jinchuan mine. Then, the technical route and key technology for development of new type filling cementing materials using slag was put forward. Finally, considering the status of comprehensive utilization of nickel and cobalt mining resources in Jinchuan mine, the research technique route to develop the new filling gelled material, as the breakthrough point, realize comprehensive utilization of solid wastes such waste rock and tailings are put forward and look forward development prospects to realize the resource comprehensive utilization in Jinchuan mine.
