兰州西固区SO2排放总量控制之研究

摘    要:以复杂地形上的平流扩散模式和高斯扩散模式相结合计算城市大气污染传递函数和污染源的分担率,在此基础上,以SO2的年日平均浓度作为控制标准,提出了以A-P控制为基础的区域总体优化的总量控制方案、计算了兰州西固区SO2的基础,平权,优化三种允许排放量及其相应的削减量。

Abstract:The transmission function and contribution rate of urban air pollution were calculated by using an adjective and Gaussian diffusion model. Based on this, a regional optimal total air pollutant emission control programme combined with A P control over the district was put forward. The basic, impartially weighted, optimally permitted SO 2 emission and its corresponding reduction were further calculated on the basis of daily mean environmental standards of SO 2 concentration in a year. The results show that SO 2 concentration in the atmosphere over Xigu district of Lanzhou would reach the expected criterion after the total emission control.
