| 摘 要： | 为解决直流锅炉由于热敏感性强,在负荷扰动时水冷壁的壁温有可能会急剧增长,导致水冷壁超温爆管,对锅炉的运行安全造成极大威胁的问题,对直流锅炉的热敏感性进行了研究,在国内首次推导出直流锅炉水冷壁流量敏感系数、压降敏感系数、出口焓值敏感系数的计算公式.以600MW超临界直流锅炉螺旋管圈水冷壁为例,对3种热敏感系数进行了定量计算.所得结果可用于超临界直流锅炉螺旋管圈水冷壁敏感性分析,同时也可用于研究其他水冷壁形式的直流锅炉的热敏感性.

| Abstract: | Disturbance of load could cause sudden temperature rise in water wall tube, a situation that could be dangerous for once through boilers. It is, therefore, pertinent to analyze those coefficients that are sensitive to change in heat load. They are sensitivity coefficients of flow rate, pressure loss and enthalpy. Analyses are thus made for a 600 MW supercritical pressure boiler. The results obtained for the spiral water wall tube can also be used for other types of water wall tube. |
