| 摘 要： | 本文运用灰色理论中的关联分析方法，对少年男子优秀110米栏运动负沈真声的身体素质对其运动成绩的提高因素进行了分析研究，旨在探讨其内在联系和科学规律。对沈真声今后的跨栏跑专项速度及其今后的训练，提供科学的依据。
