| 摘 要： | 分析了在网络环境下高校图书馆职能的增加、读者需求的变化，以及由此引发的用户服务工作模式和服务方式的转变，并提出了做好用户服务工作的对策，包括建立自动化的图书馆信息服务系统、提高馆员素质和做好用户研究工作等。
