基于版本批量定制的ERP产品和实施服务研究

从我国企业实施ERP(Enterprise Resource Planning)软件成功率不高这一普遍关注的难题入手，指出问题的主要原因不在ERP应用企业一侧，而在软件产品供应商和软件实施服务供应商一侧。通过对企业管理应用软件MRPII／ERP发展过程的深入研究，提出了管理软件及其实施服务发展的3阶段说，并对“个案项目型”、“版本参数型”及“版本自助型”等3阶段的特点、问题及解决方案进行了分析。在此基础上，重点研究了版本自助型阶段的条件，系统地提出了“基于版本批量定制的ERP产品和实施服务”的新构想，并对实现这一新构想的关键技术进行了探讨。

Version-oriented Batch Customized ERP Product and Implementation Service

Starting with the widely concerned problem of the low success rate of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Systems' implementation in China, it is pointed out that the main causes are not on the side of enterprises implementing ERP, but on software product providers and solution implementation providers. By making an intensive investigation on the evolution of enterprise management application software MRPII/ERP,a theory is proposed that the evolution of management software and its implementation service can be divided into three stages: case-oriented project, version-oriented parameter configuration and version-oriented self-help. The characteristics, problems and solutions to the three stages are analyzed.The conditions of version-oriented self-help stage are emphasized.A novel viewpoint of version-oriented batch customized ERP product and implementation service is systematically put forward.The key techniques involved in the realization of the viewpoint are discussed.
