| 摘 要： | 武术训练应从少年儿童抓起，少年儿童的身心发展有其特殊性，因此，在武术教学与训练中应遵循少儿的生理、心理特点，合理安排训练内容，采用科学的教学方法进行系统训练，这样才能取得更好的效果。
