大麦苗期耐盐性生理指标的筛选

摘    要:采用NaCl琼脂固定法研究了大麦苗期耐盐性的生理指标,测定不同NaCl胁迫下的株高、根长,鲜重和干重、叶绿素含量、超氧化物歧化酶活性和丙二醛含量。结果表明:随着NaCl胁迫浓度的增加,植株生长受到明显抑制;叶绿素含量先升高后下降;超氧化物歧化酶活性呈现出典型的“V”形变化;丙二醛含量逐渐增大,以上4个指标可以作为大麦耐盐性评价的生理指标。

Abstract:The salt-tolerance physiological parameters in barley seedling was studied by the method of NaCl ager stationary liquid.Plant height,root length,fresh weight,dry weight,chlorophyll content,superoxide dismutase activity and malondialdehyde content were measured.The results showed that:with increasing the stress concentration of NaCl,the growth of barley seedling were significantly inhibited;the chlorophyll content first increased and then decreased;the superoxide dismutase activities have a typical'V'shape;whereas malondialdehyde content increased.The four parameters could be regarded as the physiological parameters for assessing the salt tolerance of barley.
