高速电梯水平振动主动控制策略研究

摘    要:为了降低高速电梯的水平振动,建立了4自由度的电梯轿厢水平振动主动控制的动力学模型,给出了微分方程,建立了状态空间模型;在所建模型的基础上,分别设计了最优控制策略和最优预瞄控制策略,进行了仿真验证。仿真结果表明,最优预瞄控制可以显著地降低电梯的水平振动,性能优于最优控制。最优预瞄控制是一种有效、实用的减振策略。

Abstract:To reduce the horizontal vibrations of high-speed elevator, a 4DOF dynamic model of elevator was developed, and the differential equations and the state space model were also given. Based on the model, the optimal control strategy and optimal preview control strategy were designed respectively. Simulation results show that optimal preview controller suppresses the horizontal vibrations effectively and exhibits superior performance than optimal controller. Optimal preview control strategy is effective and practicable and can be used to restrain the horizontal vibrations of high-speed elevator.
