| 摘 要： | 教师在工作学习过程中成绩的进步并非直线式的上升，有时在一定阶段会出现暂时的工作学习效率停滞不前的状况，这就是教师职业高原现象；分析产生教师职业高原现象的原因，从学校组织和教师个体调适两个方面来探讨应对策略，有一定现实意义。

| Abstract: | The teacher plateau refers to the phenomenon of teachers whose progress in the course of working and studying doesn't rise straight up,because sometimes it may become stagnant in a certain stage;though the causes of the occupational plateau phenomenon are various,it can be overcome by the coordination of the university organization and the individual teachers. |
