| 摘 要： | 师承制度是我国传统教育的主要模式,但其优越性在我国现代教育体制中没有得到体现。本科生导师制度与师承制一脉相承,是对我国目前高等教育体制的一个有益的尝试和补充。在高等教育中大力推广和完善这一制度,对提高我国高等教育的质量,提升高校的办学水平,将是一项重要的举措。

| Abstract: | The teaching succession is the main mode of the traditional education system in China,but its advantages in our country didn’t reflect in the modern education system.The heritage of the undergraduate tutor system and the system of teaching succession is the beneficial attempt and supplement of out higher education system.The popularization and perfect of this system in the higher education quality are the important measures to improve the level of our higher education and promote the teaching level of universities. |
