| 摘 要： | 图书馆联盟可以实现广泛的文献信息资源共知、共建和共享,缓解单体图书馆信息供给能力低下的问题。河北省图书馆联盟建设应注意争取政府资金和社会各界的支持资助,注重图书馆工作人员队伍素质培养,尽早出台地方图书馆法规,对建设标准、人员编制、经费投入等给出明确规定。

| Abstract: | The library consortium can realize a wide range of document information resources co-constructing and sharing,alleviate low information supply capacity of the monomer library.We should pay attention to fight for the support funding of government funds and all social circles for the library alliance,emphasize library staff team quality training,place the regulations issued as soon as possible,specify the construction standard,staffing and funds input. |
