高校商业伦理教育的“热启动”与“冷思考”——以河北省为例

当前河北省各高等院校开展商业伦理教育尚处于起步阶段,部分院校商业伦理教育局限于对学生的思想政治教育或伦理学教育。商业伦理课的目标重点应是为学生提供商业伦理的概念和分析的技巧,掌握宽泛的伦理理论,在面对广泛的社会问题时做出伦理性的决策。随着商业伦理教育的发展,应逐步完善商业伦理教育体系,以保证伦理教学的连贯性。

The "Warm Start" and "Cold Thinking" of Business Ethics Education of Colleges and Universities

Currently,the business ethics education carried out in each college in Hebei province is still in the initial stage,the business ethics education of some colleges limited to the student’s ideological and political education or ethics education.The emphasis of business ethics course goal should provide students with the concept and analytical of skills business ethics,master general ethical theory,and make ethical decisions in the face of wide range of social problems.With the development of business ethics education,we should gradually improve business ethics education system,to ensure the continuity of the ethical teaching.
