中缅边境地区边民涉外婚姻管理初探——以云南省临沧市为例

云南省临沧市地处中国西南边陲,与缅甸山水相连,边民涉外婚姻逐年增多。针对临沧中缅边境地区涉外结婚登记率低、权益难保障等问题,应加强对婚姻当事人的法律宣传,设置相应的婚姻登记机构,出台婚姻管理规定,以进一步加强临沧边民涉外婚姻管理,维护边疆民族地区的安定团结,促进其和谐发展。

Research on the Management of Foreign-related Marriage for the Chinese Residents Who Lives in the Area of the Sino-Burmese Border

According to the problems of marriage register rate low,rights guarantee difficult in the Lincang area,we should strengthen the propaganda of the marriage law,set the corresponding marriage registration institution,issue marriage management regulations,in order to further strengthen Lincang settlers’ foreign marriage management,maintenance stability and unity of the minority areas and promote the harmonious development.
