河北省高校助学贷款及其偿还问题与对策研究

不断完善高校助学贷款及其偿还体系,建立健全助学贷款及其偿还机制,促使我国高校助学贷款工作持续健康发展,已成为社会普遍关注的问题。而目前高校助学贷款偿还率不高的现实,也已成为一个值得关注的问题。河北省高校的助学贷款及其偿还工作还存在着贷款规模和范围有待扩大、管理不够严密规范等问题,今后应加强领导,从制度上推动河北省高校助学贷款的可持续发展、完善助学贷款政策、大力推动生源地助学贷款的发展,建立健全"助学+育人"的助学模式。

It has become a matter of general concern of the public to constantly improve university student loans and repay system,to establish and perfect the student loans and repay mechanism,make our country college student loans for the healthy development of work.At present,the reality that college student loan repayment rate is not high has also become a question of worth concern and research.Hebei province’s university student loans and the repay work also have problems,such as the scale and scope of loan is await to expand,management is not enough strict and standard,we should strengthen the leadership,from system to promote the sustainable development of college student loans,improve student loan policy,vigorously promote the development of the student loans,and establish and improve the "student + education" mode.
