| 摘 要： | 通过与单纯射频治疗肥厚性鼻炎比较,观察射频配合药物治疗肥厚性鼻炎的实际疗效。方法：以60例慢性肥厚性鼻炎患者为实验组,给予射频配合血府逐瘀丸药物治疗,另以60例慢性肥厚性鼻炎患者为对照组,单纯给予射频治疗,观察两组之间疗效的差别。结果：实验组在总有效率和痊愈率上均显著高于对照组（P（0.05）。结论：射频配合血府逐瘀丸药物治疗慢性肥厚性鼻炎,比单纯使用射频治疗的效果更加明显,值得临床推广和应用。

| Abstract: | Purpose： by comparing the curing effect of chronic hypertrophic rhinitis only through radio frequency,observing the curing effect of chronic hypertrophic rhinitis by combining radio frequency with blood-circulating pills.Method： taking 60 patients with chronic hypertrophic rhinitis as the experiment group and treating them by combining radio frequency with blood-circulating pills and another 60 patients with chronic hypertrophic rhinitis as the contrast group and treating them through radio frequency,observing the difference between two groups in curing effect.Result： the experiment group is markedly higher than the contrast group in curing effect（P0.05）.Conclusion： the curing effect of chronic hypertrophic rhinitis by combining radio frequency with blood-circulating pills is better than that only through radio frequency,which is worth spreading clinically. |
