| 摘 要： | 本文在指出现行合理低价评标方法中存在问题的基础上，提供了灰色关联分析法的评标模型，使用离差最大化来确定指标的属性权重，并详细介绍了灰色关联分析法的评标操作步骤和方法，通过典型案例来验证该方法的可行性。在案例中结合实际数据给出了利用Matlab求解的部分程序。该方法不但实用而且易于编程。

| Abstract: | On the basis of pointing out the problems existing in the current evaluating bid method of low price in reason,this article has provided the model of bid evaluation that applies the grey relational analysis method,the use deviation maximization determines the target the attribute weight and introduced the sequence of operation and the method of bid evaluation applying the grey relational analysis method in detail,and then verified the feasibility of the method through typical case.With the actual data in the case this article has given a section of the procedure which solved using Matlab.This method is not only practical but also easy to program. |
