摘    要:对热喷熔层超塑性扩散焊接后的冷、热疲劳性能及其影响因素进行了研究。结果证明,超塑性扩散焊接可以促进涂层和基材元素间的相互扩散,从而提高了界面的接合强度和抗热疲劳性能。

Abstract:In this paper , the thermo fatigue property and diffusive mechanism of the superplastic diffusion spray coating are studied . The results show that the process of superplastic diffusion greatly enhances the diffusion between the coating and the subatrate , as well as the joining property of the interface and the thermo fatigue property of the coating .
