| 摘 要： | 本文详细阐述了血红蛋白的分子结构,并从血红蛋白的分子结构出发,说明从血液中提取血红素的原理,即利用变性因素使血红蛋白的空间结构发生变化而变性,使血红素上与珠蛋白结合的化学键发生断裂,从而使血红蛋白中的血红素与珠蛋白分离;或利用各种蛋白酶在其适当pH和温度条件下将血红蛋白上的珠蛋白水解,对酶解液的上清或沉淀进行相关处理,获得血红素.本文还对血红素提取的新老工艺以及改进方法均作了较为全面的阐述. |

| Abstract: | From molecular structure of hemoglobin,this paper refers to the theory of heme extracting from blood.Denaturalization factors change space structure of hemoglobin that results in separation of the bonds between heme and globin.Or enzymatic hydrolysis of hemoglobin prepare for heme at proper pH and tempreture followed by dealing with enzymatic hydrolysis product.The paper also focuses on old and new techniques or improvements about extracting of heme. |
